What’s included:
Onboarding Consultation: Private 1:1 discovery call to collaboratively discuss your goals and map out an action plan. This may include a fitness assessment, identification of any potential imbalances or weaknesses and the setting of realistic and achievable goals.
Personalized Workout Program: Completely personalized home or gym workouts, based on your fitness level and goals. You choose the length — 30-60 minute workouts, including proper warm up, workout and cool down. Equipment-free or tailored to include equipment that you have available to you. 4-week or 8-week progressive and periodized programs, including 2-3 different workouts per week. Option to include conditioning and/or aerobic workouts in addition to resistance training.
Unlimited Access to your Trainer: Connect with your trainer anytime with questions or for support through unlimited in-app messaging with your personal coach.
Digital Access to Your Program: Stay connected to your trainer, track your workouts, and implement health lifestyle habits, all in one place. Sync with your existing FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin and more, plus all exercises demonstrated in videos on the app.
24/7 Support and Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins, instant messaging and ongoing monitoring of progress from a dedicated coach and trainer. Optional weekly 15-minute check-in call (Zoom, Google Meet or FaceTime) or digital reflection to check in on progress and keep you on track and motivated.
