+ Where are the classes held?
All in-person classes are held in Bolton/Caledon at a number of different locations. From June-August, classes are typically hosted outdoors in Foundry Park. From September-May, indoor classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays in various school gymnasiums throughout Bolton. Fall 2024 locations coming soon!
+ What if I'm unable to commit to the entire session?
Drop-in classes are available, should capacity allow. We do have a maximum capacity in our programs in order to ensure the best possible client outcomes and attention from the instructor. Clients who have purchased a class pack will be prioritized, however if there is availability, we welcome drop-in clients!
+ How do the live classes work?
All live classes are hosted on Zoom. This will allow your instructor to see and interact with you, provide feedback and ensure you are getting 100% out of your workout!
When you sign-up for any one of our virtual classes, you will automatically recieve a confirmation email which will include a link to access the live class on Zoom. A reminder email with this same link will also arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of your class.

+ Who will be leading my live workout?
All classes are led by highly certified trainers and coaches, many of whom are also Registered Kinesiologists, specializing in the science of human movement, performance and function.
+ What if I am no longer able to attend a class that I have signed up for?
Don't worry! For in-person classes, we ask that you log into your account and cancel your reservation. Unfortunately, in the event of a missed class, make-up classes are not available. This is because our classes packs are already offered at adiscounted rate. If you have purchased a single class, please reach out to us at info@benefitpro.ca to discuss your situation.
All drop-in single classes and class packages for virtual/online programs come with unlimited acccess to all live class recordings, plus the full library of 250+ on-demand classes, so you can catch the replay as many times as you'd like!
+ What equipment do I need?
All workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment. For online classes, a lighter (5-10 lbs) and heavier (12+ lb or kettlebell) are recommended, however household objects (such as water jugs) can be substituted. We also recommend having a small loop resistance band, but it is not required.
For in-person classes, typically we recommend a lighter (1-2 lbs) pair of dumbbells for our Slow Flow classes and a heavier set (5-12 lbs) for Stength & Conditioning. Participants are also required to bring a yoga or exercise mat, supportive indoor training shoes and a reusable water bottle. Slow Flow classes are performed either with bare feet or in socks. If possible, we recommend all participants to wear socks with a sole grip. This is to avoid injuries due to slipping while in between moves or while holding a position. A small loop resistance band and ankle or wrist weights are optional.
It has been well documented that the use of challenging resistence (heavier weights!) will result in the best outcomes as it relates to building muscle and losing fat, however if you are a beginner, bodyweight may still be challenging enough!
+ What if I am a beginner or have an injury?
That is the beauty of our program! Group training with an individualized approach. We have clients of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from 20 to 60 years old or more! Modifications, progressions and regressions are provided during all live classes and you are always welcome to request additional modifications as needed. Your trainers are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, so they will be able to provide you with ways to modify any exercises to your specific needs.
