experts in the human body
All coaches are Registered Kinesiologists (R. Kin) through The College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, the regulatory body that oversees kinesiologists working in the province.
A kinesiologist studies the mechanics and anatomy of the human body and uses scientific approaches to rehabilitate, prevent, and manage disorders that impede bodily movement. A Kinesiologist is also sometimes known as an Exercise Physiologist and performs similar duties to a Physical Therapist.
